For our client, a leading multinational manufacturing group, we are looking for the HR CONTROLLER

Posizione

Directly reporting to VP HR Global Functions and Global Operations, the candidate will design and provide meaningful data analysis, insight and reporting regarding HR KPI’s (with special focus on FTE trends, labor cost analysis, absenteeism, overtime, vacation accural) contributing to drive informed decision-making and strategic initiatives within the Organization.



Accountabilities:


-Design for the Head of HR EMEA and the HRBP of the global functions aligned and standardized HR Metrics dashboard needed to support business driven decision

-Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data from various internal sources , (HR and Finance systems, payroll etc.…) identifying trends, patterns and insights for Business data-driven decision-making.

-Conduct data quality checks and contribute to its integrity and accuracy. Collaborate with local HR, helping to ensure continuous improvement of data accuracy culture.

-Support monthly the preparation of business review including presentation of accurate and concise data driven insights through standard defined dashboard

-Support the Head of HR EMEA and HRBP of the global functions in the HR budget process and the forecast process of their respective area of responsibility ( Global Functions and EMEA) providing in depth analysis and ensuring data accuracy of the local HR.

Requisiti

-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in economy

-+5 Years Experience as HR Data Analyst and knowledge of HR metrics and KPIs acquired in leading industrial companies with a multi-countries footprint

-Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (Excel) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

-Knowledge of economics, payroll and labor cost structure and principles

-Presentation in Power point

-Fluent in English

-Familiarity with HR systems and databases (e.g., HRIS, ATS) is a plus.


Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, business acumen, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, attention to detail and a strong focus on data accuracy and quality, complete the searched profile.
