Our client represents the local branch (approximately 60 FTE) of a leading multinational industrial company operating in B2B business. We are looking for the: HR GENERALIST

Posizione

He/She will be responsible to develop and to implement HR strategies and plans that are aligned and integrated with the business and overall organization.



Key Responsibilities:


•Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.


•Work closely with management to identify, prioritize and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures and processes. Actively coach managers in people management practices


•Manage and monitor HR processes: employee relations, implementation of organizational design, Talent & Performance, Culture & Engagement agendas, programs and practices.


•Ensure compliance with employment related laws and regulations; support rollout of compliance initiatives and provide counsel to management in regards to local employment law and legislation changes.


•Analyze data and provide recommendations to improve processes, employee engagement


•Monthly and annual reporting of personnel costs by cost centre and deviation analysis, and accruals calculation and policy alignment across the business.

Requisiti

Education and Experience:


•progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions.


•Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including staffing, compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.


•Must be proficient using Microsoft Office, knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors would be a plus


•Fluent in English
