Our customer, a multinational company operating in many industrial fields, a global leader in its own sector.

The successful candidates will have the responsibility to ensure that all technical processes are reliable and cost-effective and to develop and improve manufacturing processes by studying product and manufacturing methods supporting the organization’s short and long-term business objectives. The experience provides 36 months job rotation in Quality, Production and Lean production system Departments with specific responsibilities in order to grow within the plant both in managerial and technical roles.

Main responsibilities:

• Design new equipment, processes, procedures and systems
• Evaluate and constantly check manufacturing processes
• Apply knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials
• Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout
• Assure product and process quality by designing testing methods
• Prepare product and process reports
• Make improvements enhancing efficiency
• Diagnose faults
• Follow, support and implement internal policies.

Key requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
• 2-3 years of manufacturing context experience
• Good analytical, problem solving and organization skills, general financial awareness
• Excellent in communication, networking and forming strong partnerships
• High level of personal drive and commitment in delivering results
• Proven strong accountability and leadership capabilities
• Deep understanding and experience of successful implementation of Lean Manufacturing Methods and concepts
• Fluent English
• Digitalization and automation knowledge
