Our customer is a multinational company operating in many industrial fields, a global leader in its own sector.

The successful candidate will have the responsibility to ensure that all technical processes are reliable and cost-effective and to develop and improve manufacturing processes by studying product and manufacturing methods supporting the organization’s short and long-term business objectives. The experience provides 18/24 months job rotation with specific responsibilities among different factory functions.

Main responsibilities:

• Design new equipment, processes, procedures and systems
• Evaluate and constantly check manufacturing processes
• Apply knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials
• Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout
• Assure product and process quality by designing testing methods
• Prepare product and process reports
• Make improvements enhancing efficiency
• Diagnose faults
• Follow, support and implement internal policies.

Key requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
• 2-3 years of manufacturing context experience
• Good analytical, problem solving and organization skills, general financial awareness
• Excellent in communication, networking and forming strong partnerships
• High level of personal drive and commitment in delivering results
• Proven strong accountability and leadership capabilities
• Deep understanding and experience of successful implementation of Lean Manufacturing Methods and concepts
• Fluent English
• Digitalization and automation knowledge
